Last week Jerry Hodge and myself ran the Everyday Leader Programme kick off workshop with the Canine Partners management team.
They turned out to be a wonderful group of people who are filled with passion for the truly amazing job that they do. Just watch this four minute video below and you will see what I mean.We decided we would go for the full programme spread over 2011/2012, but always focussing on the current needs of the team. What will help them to do their jobs even better.
